Further, TCM Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses or damages which you may suffer regardless of whether TCM Solutions Limited charges you any fees for the use of such system or services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TCM Solutions Limited’s aggregate cumulative liability shall not in any event exceed any fees TCM Solutions Limited received from you for the previous one month.
