• All director’s ID or Passport and Residential address proof (issued within the latest 3 months)

• Shareholder’s ID  or Passport and Residential address proof (issued within the latest 3 months) – with share over 15%

• Issued within the latest 3 months settlement bank statement 最近3個月內發出之銀行結算單
